Sales role for a food wholesaler, based in Eastleigh.
Are you a motivated sales person looking for a new role? Your customers will be chefs and food retailers such as deli’s and village stores. We supply quality ingredients to the trade, so knowledge of the food industry would be an advantage but willingness to learn is more important.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing on new customers, and also managing existing customers.
You will be allocated a sales region (to be determined with you), and will be expected to visit chefs and retailers in the area using your own transport (mileage reimbursed). You will work in the field, from home, and/or from our office in Eastleigh as needed. You will keep close communication with your colleagues about which customers you are approaching and bringing on board, and will receive support from the existing team to help you succeed.
If you are great with people, can think on your feet and manage your own time well, this could be the job for you. Competitive basic salary plus commission structure.
