Full Job Description
- Helping your branch with various marketing activities – from snapping great stock images of our products to dreaming up inspiring content for our social media platforms.
- Preparation of costings and quotations for clients of our products
- Project tracking of said quotations to bring to fruition
- Answering phone calls from customers and assisting them with their enquiries
- Maintaining relationships with customers and also suppliers with regular phone calls and emails.
- Processing sales orders from clients
- Prospecting for new clients from our customer data base
- Working across other teams in the business as and when required

Sales role for a food wholesaler, based in Eastleigh.
Are you a motivated sales person looking for a new role? Your customers will be chefs and food retailers such as deli’s and village stores. We supply quality ingredients to the trade, so knowledge of the food industry would be an advantage but willingness to learn is more important.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for bringing on new customers, and also managing existing customers.
You will be allocated a sales region (to be determined with you), and will be expected to visit chefs and retailers in the area using your own transport (mileage reimbursed). You will work in the field, from home, and/or from our office in Eastleigh as needed. You will keep close communication with your colleagues about which customers you are approaching and bringing on board, and will receive support from the existing team to help you succeed.
If you are great with people, can think on your feet and manage your own time well, this could be the job for you. Competitive basic salary plus commission structure.
